Spookaroo is free, run by one person, and provided as-is. These terms are short on purpose.

If you visit a house

• Only during the hours the listing shows. A dark house is a closed house.
• The footpath and the front yard only. Nothing else is an invitation.
• A listing is one household saying "we're doing Halloween". It is not a guarantee of lollies, of a display, or of anyone being home.

If you list a house

• List only a house you live in or have the occupier's permission to list.
• Upload only photos you took, and no identifiable children other than your own — in costume, with your say-so.
• Keep the hours honest. People plan a night around them and walk to get there.
• Listings and photos are reviewed before they appear, and can be removed at any time without notice if they break these terms.

What this is not

There is no charge, no account for visitors, and nothing for sale. There is no guarantee the site is available or accurate, and no liability for what happens on a night out. Use common sense: it is Halloween, not a contract.

These terms may change between seasons. The date at the top is when they last did.
